Blue Dome Consultants was founded in 2021 by its current President, Russ Gibbon (pictured, right). Mr. Gibbon formerly worked at the City of San Diego in its Economic Development Division for 26 years, during which time he facilitated over $3 billion worth of industrial development to create tax revenue for the City and job opportunities for its residents. Mr. Gibbon worked directly with business executives, developers, brokers, architects, engineers, and consultants throughout the City on over 200 major manufacturing, R&D, and distribution center projects ranging from small microbrewery projects up through Fortune 100 businesses such as Cardinal Health, Caterpillar (Solar Turbines), Costco Wholesale, General Dynamics, Hewlett-Packard, Intel, Johnson & Johnson, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and Tenaska.
